Cookies Policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
Strictly necessary cookies
Grid stores a few cookies that are required to sign you in and to protect actions you take on the site. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics cookies. These cookies are strictly necessary for the service, so we do not show a cookie consent banner.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. Some remember that you are signed in. Others are used by advertisers to follow you across sites. Grid uses only the first kind.
Cookies on this site
These are first-party cookies. They are not used to track you on other websites.
JSESSIONID
Keeps you signed in. The session is stored on our server. Cognito sign-in tokens are not stored in your browser. This cookie is removed when you log out.
XSRF-TOKEN
Protects signed-in actions, such as saving your profile or checking out, against cross-site request forgery.
LAST_STORE
An older cookie we no longer set. Opening the home page clears any copy still left in your browser.
Other storage in your browser
Some features use the browser's local storage or session storage instead of a cookie. This storage runs the service. It is not used for advertising.
- A cart id in local storage, so the cart you are building can be found.
- The theme and language you choose, saved in local storage.
- A return path after sign-in, the last store you viewed, and a pending order, kept in session storage until the tab ends or you log out.
What we do not use
We do not set analytics, advertising, or social-media cookies. If we add a non-essential cookie later, we will ask before it is stored and we will update this policy.
Other services
When you choose to sign in, Amazon Cognito may set cookies on its own domain to complete login. When you pay, the payment provider may set cookies on its domain. Those cookies follow that provider's policy.
Your browser
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the cookies listed above will stop sign-in and some checkout actions from working.
